    Hello,
So, I shot some footage on a Canon Rebel TSi the resulting files were 720p 60 fps .mov files.

I managed to import these files into premiere on my old laptop. However, on my new one (which is an Hp windows 7) it wouldn’t allow me to import them.

Also, when I went to create a new project there were no options for 60 fps on the new laptop while their were on the old one.

Is this a codec problem? If so, how do I fix it? I already tried installing the new Quicktime.

Use the Canon XF 720p60 preset to get you going. Can you see the files in Media Browser? Did you copy the entire card structure or did you just move some files? Not usually an issue in Adobe but copying the whole card structure to your media drive and letting Media Browser handle the importing can clear up most import snafus.
