    Hey!!!

    One question..
Is it true that premiere (on a mac and on a pc) accepts any single codec wrapped in .mov without any single problem?

For some reason I thought prores 422 HQ didn’t run as smooth as others.
what about dvcpro hd? don’t you need like an extra 3rd party plug in?

    Thanks for your help…

    Unfortunately, untrue.

I believe there is a ProRes codec for the PC that will allow PPro to read but not encode Quicktime files using ProRes.

There are many codecs on the PC with no equivalent on the Mac.

Special care must be taken when working with both platforms.

Is it okay to love a screenwriter?

    Cheers
