    Mouse button release updates values only?

    Hi,

    I noticed that every time I set an effect parameter in AE CS4 (Win), this just does not update the preview in the comp window while moving the mouse, just does it when I release the mouse button. So the values are changing, but the preview in Comp window does not, just after mouse release.

    I see some tut. videos where the presenter makes similar changes and everything happens realtime: scrubs the timeline and both the values and the preview updates realtime.

    Tried, it happens even with very low comp resolutions 320×240 as well, the computer is a quad core Athlon so hopefully this is not a performance issue.

    I do not know something here, maybe a Preferences switch somewhere…

    Please help!
