    Hello,

Looking to purchase a motorized camera slider. Was almost ready to buy the RedRock One Man Camera Crew, looked very easy to assemble and ease of use. But i noticed it had lasers it used to lock in on the subject. So it would appear to me, this is only used for interviews. I am also interested in doing sliding pan shots of freeways, buildings, beaches and other things. It looks like its not possible with this device. Also, I didn’t see a battery option, so it looked like outdoors was not available. Also, I was thinking about the Kessler devices. Any help would be useful.

And i hope i did not post this in the wrong forum..

We use Kessler sliders with the motorized attachment. They work well for standard and time lapse. Can also be used manually without motor. Call and see if you can get a demo unit after NAB is over.
