    I was wondering how one might be able to extract motion vector data from a 3D scene (rpf file) in After Effects for use by Reel Smart Motion Blur or otherwise. Thanks in advance.

    I think ElectricFX have a plugin for that, but their site seems to be closed. Other than that you should render out RGB motion vectors into a separate image file using the Mental Ray shader. Actually this is what RSMB wants, not real vectors from RPFs.
