I’m making a showreel dvd and want to creat smooth transitions between different menus.
I have set it up so that when you click on a next page button..the button is routed to show
animation of the buttons moving off and the next page animating on. The navigation works fine
but between the timeline with the animation and the next menu the dvd seems to pause on a black
screen for a second so the appearance is not smooth. can anyone please please help!?!?
    cheers AL.

this pause wont be so noticeable on the finished DVD, make sure that you use “MENUS” and not timelines for the transitions as the use of menus will decrease the pause you talk about

Ensure that if you have audio during the transition, the audio track does not exceed the length of the video track in that little timeline.

If the video length is exceeded by audio, you will cause even the DVD player to show black between what your are moving from and what you moving to.
