Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial of how to put 3d text on a movie clip and then motion track the text?

Why would you need to track the motion of an element that you’re adding? Motion tracking is for getting motion data out of a movie so that you can match an element’s movement to it.

Ok, I want to add 3d text to a movie clip, motion track the movie to the 3d text, so the text is stationary within the movie. does anyone know of any video tutorials about to show me how to do this?
