I have been having trouble lighting my motion tracked text. For example I motion tracked a video, added a camera and text then added a light to make the text look proper. The problem is I can’t get the light to shine on the text. How do I find the position of the text and light? I tried making it 1920, 1080 and 0, I can see it then but it is tiny and I have to scale it up 2000%. Then the location of the text is like….8411, -9432, 8500. I can’t even see it when I zoom out all the way in the various views. It’s completely off the viewing field. This should be easier. I have to be missing something.

I figured out something. I copied and pasted the location of my text into the light. Then I was able to get it close enough. Still doing something wrong though
