have a project where I am trying match a camera move… I can motion track about half of the move perfect but about half way through I loose my point of interest for the track. Do I need the rest by hand or is there a way of tracking a second point that doesn’t come into frame until later than the first track? Is there a way change the point of interested of the first track after a few seconds without making it making it jump to quickly? I’ve never run into this problem before so I really am kind of stuck. any help or suggestions anyone might would be fantastic.

here is one tutorial that uses a method to take multiple tracker data and apply to one layer, and there are probably others on that same site.

Video Copilot has a tutorial dealing (partially) with this problem:

    Hopefully this helps!
