January 21, 2025 at 2:39 pmThank you very much! It helped me a lot to understand the concept… but I will need null points AND an After Effects Camera, to export a script to use in a 3D application (3DS Max), where I´ll use the tracked camera movements. The project is a widening and modernization of a long road. The current road will be shot by a drone with a few long shots of the main stretchs and features of the road. I will need to put a new (3D) road over the current one, and the only reason I need to make it in 3D is because I will need to add moving vehiches travelling the new and improved road!

January 25, 2025 at 2:46 pmHi Sandro,
Glad to hear the explanation was helpful! It sounds like setting up null points along with the After Effects camera for exporting to 3DS Max is the right approach for your road project. Best of luck with the 3D road overlay and adding those moving vehicles!
Cheers,
Nir-Vana
