  Motion Tracking Issue

  hello i just want to ask if anyone knows how to fix a problem in AE motion tracking,
  the tracked motion of my video produces a vibrating like effect or kind of jittery.. the tracking is not smooth even if the video clip is clear and stable/ not shaky.. (i recorded it on a tripod)..

  does anyone know a solution to this problem?, I’m having trouble finding a fix. hope you can help me with this.. thanks in advance 🙂
