  motion tracking help

  HI everyone
  i know this was discussed here lot of times
  but i red the post and couldnt find what i was looking for
  here the thing i have a movie of juggling and i want to trace one of the balls
  this is what i do
  1)put the movie in the comp
  2)add motion tracking
  3)drag the tracker to the ball and leave the plus inside it
  4)i choose position and transform
  5)press the play button move forward
  the thing is the tracking isnt working it doesnt track the ball all the way just one or two frames, what else can i do to make it work?
