Motion to FCP
Shot a project DVCPROHD 23.98… doing some opening gfx with bumpers etc and having troubles with the text in Motion. Basically when we scale the text it’s very jittery as it grows… Not sure which settings I have wrong, but it has to be something. In FCP when I render a Boris 3D title in the timeline, it’s smooth… but if I import Motion gfx, they are jittery… actually they are gittery in Motion when I preview them…
I’m stumped and have a screening Thursday.

Try making setting Motion project up as square pixels. I’ve found that this helps solve some problems with horizontal scaling, jaggies, etc. Also, double check that the frame rate of the Motion project matches the frame rate of your FCP timeline.
