Motion to Avid compression
Hello,
I want to create a project in Motion 3 and then bring it into the Avid. Mostly I will be animating stills (hi-rez jpegs) on my MacBook pro (OS X) and bringing them into an Avid 30i NTSC (720×486) project that runs on Windows XP. What is the best way to export the Motion project and bring it into the Avid while retaining the best possible quality?

If Quicktime is installed on the Avid use the Animation codec or PhotoJPEG at 100% quality
