When is motion being released? I desperately need it for a project I am working on just now, I can’t even get version 1 anf the shipping date is something like 4-6 weeks an d has been for at least a fortnight-

i phoned Apple and they were like “yeah” you might get it from a retailer, quest ce que c’est? They don’t want my money and I need the app like yesterday or a way of cracking the trial? I prefer to pay for my software.

Anyone from Glasgow or close on this forum that could maybe help me?????

So nobody is stocking Motion 1 anymore? The UK store says 4-6 weeks for Motion2, but if you are after M1 then you will probably have to pay for the upgrade later. Apart from the Replicator, there is not a huge difference in M2 if you are not running Tiger.

Have you tried ringing round all the non-Apple, Apple dealers?

Hey

I have placed an order for an upgrade to Final Cut Studio (FCP5 + Motion 2 + DVD SP4 + Sountrack Pro)
at the Apple Online Store, and it currently has an estimated shipping date of 23 June!

So I guess we all have a bit more of a wait! 🙁

Hope you can get yourself a copy. You might find one for sale on eBay.
Just make sure you buy from a reputable seller. I have done this before, and had no problems.

yeah you guessed I am using Tiger and want to use replicator functions! Hopefully I cn pick up a reasonable priced effort on Ebay!! Somebody I spoke to today said the hold-up is due to to the 10.4.1 update as M2 won’t work to well with out it, who knows

Many of us are delivery of Final Cut Studio tomorrow. Especially since we’ve gotten all of the recent updates to Tiger over the last 4-5 days.

Man! Am I jealous! 😉

Please make sure you give us the low-down as soon as the get up and running.

Am dying to get my hands on Soundtrack Pro and FCP’s new multi-cam feature.
Why is it as soon as someone announces a feature, you suddenly believe you can’t LIVE without it??
