motion graphics over live video feed
Camera wireless transmits live video feed to reviever. The output on the receiver is standard composite (yellow RCA). It plugs nicely into any standard display to show the live video feed. I got this part taken care of. I want to be able to lay graphics over this feed like a static graphic frame around the border and animated graphics every so often during the live feed. This does not need to be streamed online or broadcasted. Just displayed on a strandard LCD screen. What hardware/software do I need to accomplish this? thanks.
