    What settings should I export or render in when I am using NTSC DV, and bring in my graphics from motion, the graphics looked washed out with jagged edges, what do you pro’s suggest ?

    DV trashes graphics. Any chance you can work in a higher quality timeline? You can then render out 8 or 10 Bit Uncompressed. Even dv50 would be better, but I have my qualms about that too. It’s much better than dv, though.

    Also, make sure to look at your footage on a proper monitor and not in FCP’s canvas.

    Are you saying I can chose a higher quality timeline to work in, even though my footage is in DV ?
