    This graphic used in this clip – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WvUOUT8Cs2Y runs smoothly when watching the channel “7” on TV. Its smooth interlaced motion I assume at 25i 50 fields per second.How can I make this same graphic as smooth as it is on TV while is still comes in fast and “hard”?

    Or are they using a special hardware or software to overlay at 50fps?

    How many times are you going to ask this same question? The animation looks smooth because the keyframes are probably eased in and/or out and not straightforward linear keyframes.

    Also one could try enabling motion blur.
