When using Motion files in your FCP timeline, what is the best workflow for final hiRes output. Is using the Motion Codec Decompressor in your FCP timeline to render out ok or should you export from Motion using Animation or your sequence codec, such as 10-bit uncompressed? What is going to give you the best results.

If using the Motion Codec Decompressor is ok, should you always check the following in FCP Sequence Settings:
    Video Processing.
Render all YUV material in high-precision YUV
Video Processing Tab, Motion Filtering Quality: Best

Render Control. Master Templates & Motion Proj.
    Quality: Best
Check Always Use Best Quality When Rendering Movies

Or when would you not want to check these? I’ll usually edit with these off or set to normal and change them on final output.

Any thoughts or comments would be helpful. Thank you
