Motion Blur over a short clip possible?
Hi
I was wanting to get some advice about creating a blur effect. I know how to add blur effect with CC force motion blur
But my question is can I get a realistic natural looking blur effect over a very short timeline where their isn’t much motion in the clip itself. Normally I would need to use time remapping and shorten a long clip to get the blur but what if the clip itself is very short? Its to be used as a transition.
What would be the best effect and settings to maximum a natural blur

Hi Matt!
I don’t have a visual to help me see clearly what you’re after but maybe you could look into Reel Smart Motion Blur (RSMB) it’s a plug-in effect that makes realistic motion blur on top of footage.
