motion blur on a path
Hello all, I’m trying to get a motion blur on a path to simulate someone walking in dim light with the photog ‘dragging’ the shutter.
Anyone know how to acheive that effect?

that’s really an in camera effect
you can use several duplicate layers with lens blur applied and lots of masks… but its tedious
