Motion-Blur + Non-animated Video = ?
Hey, I was looking to somehow adding motion-blur to the Video it’self. I don’t have the video animated at all. It’s just NTSC footage, that I though of trying to add motion blur, for the video to seem little more real.
It’s Xbox game footage. Is that even possible?Am I clear as to what i’m trying to do?
