I noticed the lighting and motion blur settings from my embedded motion project aren’t rendering in the final cut timeline. Can I assume that they will render in the final compressor export, or should I just import the file as a quicktime movie? -thanks

i wouldn’t assume they will render.

safest option is to render the movie out as animation codec (uncompressed + alpha) with motion blur etc and then bring that into final cut pro.

IMO, the support for rendering motion projects on the final cut pro timeline still has a long way to go
