motion blur? HELP?
I just updated after effect to 2022.
and on this save i have had for years now started doing this?it is only there when motion blur is on, on that layer
It is a scale expression and the line is:
temp = thisComp.layer(“soundkey”).effect(“Sound Keys”)(“Output 1”);
value+[temp, temp]I have tryed to add a transform effect insted of the main transform but is is the same.
my comp settings is :
1920×1080 60fpsAnd my miton blur settings are:
shutter angle 180 shutter Phase -90Samples per frame 64 adaptive sample limit 128
3D render is set to Calssic 3D
Can someone help?

I think there’s nothing wrong with your expression on the scale, but the values it is getting from soundkey are not doing something smoothly, so when AE samples the values at different subframe-times, their motion is unexpected.
Can you check in the speed graph of the Sound Keys Output that maybe the motion inbetween keyframes is indeed not linear ?
Does that property also have an expression ?
Maybe it’s been converted to keyframes, but the keyframes have an easy ease or a hold keyframe appleid ?
Stuff like that will make the motion blur act weird.
