Motion Artifacts in Adobe Premier Pro
I am new to Pro.. That last time I used AP was version 4. I am moving a still image from one side of the screen to another. When I do this the image because pixilated and has many digital artifacts. Has anyone seen this and does anyone have a resolution. Thanks,

I have never seen pixelization on a still image. What size is the image? And what frame sie is the project?
