Motion 5.0.2 is automaticly creating keyframes
Prior to this new update Motion 5 would only automatically create keyframes when the Record Button is switched on. Now post update it will create a keyframe whenever there is a keyframe on the same layer, they even intended for this to happen.
Motion 5.0.2 Release Notes:
“Ability to automatically add animation keyframes when recording is disabled.”I don’t understand who would ever want this, if you need keyframes just turn the record button on. Is there any way to turn it off?

I completely agree. I cannot believe that this could be considered an ‘update’ or an ‘improvement’. That one change has caused me tons of headache and extra work. Have you found a solution for this? The only thing I’ve been able to do for a work around is to throw the keyframed object into a group and move the group. Ridiculous.
