Motion 4 Ratty JPEGS
Hi,
Using Motion 4 and have imported several jpegs. The project looks fine when I import it to FCP and in the sequence, but once I render it the quality looks pixelated. Why is it doing this?
The motion project and the FCP sequence are both NTSC SD 4:3.

You answered your own question. Your sequence codec is terrible for images. You might try a flavor of ProRes instead. Also, in your Sequence Setting (Command-0), try setting the render quality for Motion projects to best.
