Motion 4 crashes. Need immediate help! Deadline approaching
For the past few months I have been using the latest version of FC studio. But within the past month I recently added more RAM and now my Motion 4 crashes all the time. FCP, color, DVDSP, Compressor, soundtrack pro all work properly. But when I try and open Motion I get to the welcome window and select new project then I go to the project preset click ok and CRASH. But even when opening an already existing project it crashes as well. I tried to delete the preferences, did not work. I would like to uninstall the whole thing and redo it but I don’t know if that would be the best option nor can I find out how to do it properly. If I just drag the apps to the trash bin it leaves everything else behind. Kind of defeats the purpose. Is there anything you could possibly recommend to help me? I am already missing a deadline because of this and I need to get it fixed.

Thanks! I downloaded the newest update and at first it did not work. But My software update ran again and downloaded the newest update and now it works.
