Title really says it all, it’s a stupid thing and im sure it’s been done before but i cant find it anywhere.

All i want to do is have a motext object fall and have it hit a plane with a collision deformer, but it’s not pushing into it or anything. I’ve tried a load of different things and it’s a really tiny thing but it’s the centre of this particular intro. I’ve set up the collision deforemer in the standard way, and it works with a cube perfectly, but i cant figure it out with an extruded text object or a motext object.

there is something wrong with the plane/deformer in your scene – toss them and put in new ones, then put the MoText objects into a Connect object and use the Connect in the Colliders tab of the Collision Deformer. Turn off Weld in the Connect object to get the text to look right again.
