Most professional application for DVD Authoring?
What is the most professional application for DVD Authoring? Somehow I can’t see George Lucas people sitting with Adobe Encore. Or am I wrong?

Sonic Scenarist Professional.
There are specialized applications as well, that are not really sold to the general public, such as Toshiba’s authoring system, which is said to cost $300,000.
Scenarist Professional is what the bulk of every major Hollywood release is authored with.

Unless you’re looking for specific features that Scenarist offers, I wouldn’t touch it with a 10 foot pole personally.

It’s too much like ReelDVD for my taste, in terms of design.
You shouldn’t confuse the complexity and features of the software with the capability to create a competent looking DVD. I manage just fine with Encore, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
