mosaic image effect animated
Hey all,
How would I go about to do the photo mosaic effect consisting of small images forming a larger one in after effects but instead of having it made with stills, have it made with footage?
I came across the ayato tutorial that uses a mosaic generating software and Card Dance but it doesn’t give the option to substitute the stills with footage.
any ideas?Y

the Boris Continuum plug-in pack has an LED-simulator that turns footage into a grid of LED-like dots, maybe this would help?
