    hmm, if its recorded, not much, but you can try a very slight blur on the are with the problem.

    FYI it’s moire. And depending on the amount of it it can be tough to get rid of, short of masking the shirt and bluring.

    It really depends on the shirt… so it may be unlikely this will help, but you could try to de-interlace the footage. You’ll be throwing away half your resolution, though. If it works, it becomes a lesser of two evils thing.

    Also, once, and only once, I was able to dramatically reduce a moire by strobing the footage. Again, it really depends on the shirt.
