Our in-house media group is producing television spots and as part of the 30 sec spots we need to produce an animation of our corporate logo morphing into our new position line. Are there any AE plug-ins specifically for morph animations or would anyone recommend a production house that offers this capability. I’ve read limited material on Elastic Reality and wonder if it still is in use or if there is an alternative means. Thanks in advance for any input.

A good AE plugin for this sort of thing is RE:Flex.

There are other ways to do it in AE, though. Search the COW posts (include the archives) using “morph” as a search term.

From what I’ve read, Elastic Reality is out of production.

If you have FCP here are some morph plugins: https://www.chv-plugins.com/morph.html They have two examples on their demo page.
