After Effects does not have an explicit morphing program or plug-in that I know of but Morphing can be done through various techniques. Fir instance, if you are morphing a vector graphic, you can copy the outline of the shape in illustrator and paste it onto the shape propertiers of a mask. Then, either animate those points or paste another shape onto the same mask at a different point on the timeline.
