More of an engineering/cable question for Kona3 users

UPDATE:

Turns out the LED’s wont light up unless they are seeing a signal according to Steve at AJA tech support. Steve is going to send me out two new converters and power supplies and we are going to go from there, this is after they have already sent me a new Kona 3 card all of which I am to hold onto until we figure out the issue. These converters are quite a few years old and yet this company is still sending out new ones on their dime for me to test to see if we can narrow down the problem!

I wish all companies treated customers with this kind of personal attention…just wanted to come on here and give props where props are due. So thank you Steve and all at AJA for your great products and your unsurpassed customer support, hands down.
