I just Wanted to say that the Creative Cow team and Everyone here has been great in helping myself and others with issues. Really appreciate it.

Anyways, I am having a few more issues with the new FCP 2, I feel like a guinea pig.

So, I am capturing standard BETA SP footage that worked well, through my KONA LHE card before with FCP 5. Well, now FCP 6 does not want to capture my footage well. The capture window is telling me that my footage has encountered Timecode Breaks and begins to locate timecode. Now here is the wierd part. It only happens when capturing Uncompressed 8 or 10 – bit footage. (with the default settings) the AJA KONA 525 DV captures like a charm with no breaks whatsoever.

So does anyone have any ideas? I am good for now since my clients only want approval copies at the moment. But I feel wrong if I cannot recapture through Media Manager a higher quality program.

    Thanks
