More fcp 5.0 w/ bmd 5.0b2 problems /bug report
The following problem has occured several times the last few days; (quoting my comments in the crash report form)
After rendering a blackmagic 10bit PAL sequence, the playback rate altered to approx 10x (both audio and video). I have encountered this problem often recently (since installing fcp 5.0 w new decklink beta-drivers), so i decided to check if the playback rate in quicktime player was the same – which it wasn -

Hi Mathias,
I had this issue last week suddenly too.
Only thing is, I’m on OSX.3.8, FCP4.5 & QT6.5.2.
I’ve not seen the problem before or since and have no idea what may have caused it, aside from my storage drives being dangerously full.
A restart solved my problem.
