    Hi All

I’m pretty much there with the incredibly awkward combination of a 4k screen, cinema 4d, a wacom cintiq running on windows 10 (home)…

Windows Ink is behaving itself, the resolution is alright now, BUT I’m getting this annoying thing that if I’m on the main monitor, whenever a new window opens in cinema, my mouse pops back onto the cintiq. For instance, I’m happily working, then I click render settings, the mouse teleports to the cintiq screen. I have to toggle back to the main screen to continue…

Is anyone else getting this issue, or know how to fix it? I know it sounds minor but it really disrupts my whole work flow, very frustrating.

    thanks
    H

    Hey there,

I have exactly the same problem.

Since Cinema4D R21 I have this problem on two systems (work and home).
Both on 13″ Cintiq’s, the newest model and the older hybrid version, both 4k screens of different brands and both Windows 10 Pro.

It’s even worst in my situations. I have to toggle the cursor back to the main screen, but when I do that I am unable to click anything, the cursor is there, I can move it around, but it doesn’t seem active. The workaround, to get it to work again is Ctrl+Alt+Del, then start up ‘Task Manager’, and as soon as that window opens, it becomes active again, and I can click something..
But then again, as soon as I open a window in Cinema, I have to start all over again..

Have you found a fix for this?!
    I am unfortunately still looking..

    Cheers,
    Chuck
