Monty Python Effect
Okay, i assume this effect is simple to create, but i want to make an effect like the start of the Monty Python movies where still pictures’ parts are moved to make them look like the are talking or waving etc. Does anyone have ideas? thanks

that was done with traditional annimation your best bet is to scan your stills into the comnpure cut the pieces out you want to move re scan it .. pull it into Photoshop assemble all the peices …pull that PS Doc into after effects as a comp then annimate the layers as you like ..
