August 1, 2007 at 3:08 amWe recently bought (2) Dell 2407 monitors for a Mac Pro. We have noticed one of the monitors has a slight flicker for about 30-60 seconds from a cold start up.
Has anyone else seen this? The flicker goes away pretty quickly, but we will be keeping an eye on it to see if it becomes worse.
Otherwise, the monitors have been flawless.

August 1, 2007 at 6:26 amI should buy it…or the EyeOne2. A friend who owns a Spyder came and balanced my monitors for me. And yes, it is a nice thing.
Not a requirement (unless you are doing print work)…but a nice thing.

August 1, 2007 at 5:07 pminteresting…because as i’ve done some internet searching this morning, i’m seeing reports of “banding” with the 2407 that seem to persist even after the 1 minute warmup time. is anyone else seeing “banding”?
who are your favorite online houses to buy from? i’ve bought very few computer peripherals online preferring instead to go with a brick and mortar house where i can easily return stuff if there is a problem…
thanks again!
