Is it pretty straight forward while shooting to view with an external monitor in real time??
Do I just connect the monitor via jack connections or RCAs and can we view the action on the fly?

    thanks in advance!

    thanks!
I’m wondering if you know the camera well, would you be willing to answer 2-3 important questions for me, since I have a shoot this weekend and I’d like it to go as flawlessly as possible?
If you are willing, may I call you?

    hi again

the only questions I have at the moment, if you can explain what the difference between 60i and 30p is and is there a preset for those modes in the DVX100a and when would you use which mode? I like shooting in 24pa. Is there a particular shutter speed range or iris setting that enhances the visual results?
