  Monitor settings for PAL

  I have an IO I have been using to do NTSC work, but now I’m starting a project that is in PAL and I’m confused as to how to set my monitor correctly. I have a Sony 14M4U connected to the IO via component out from the IO. In the menu there are 3 settings under component level.
  1. Smpte N10
  2. Beta 7.5
  3. Beta 0

  I am using an easy setup for PAL uncompressed 8 bit. The setting for output to the io is Component SMPTE N10 8bit. Should Iset the monitor to #1 or #3 or neither.
