    So i have the new mac pro. Right now i have a 4k display hooked up to it as my only monitor. The problem is it only has a 30hz refresh rate when connected to the mac pro. Which means my playback and mouse lag behind.

    I have 2 older mac displays that I can get convertors for to fit in the thunderbolt ports.

    So what I want to know is can I still use the 4k display as my “tv monitor out” in the hdmi port?
