Monitor CPU Audio
Don’t know if I’m missing something simple here. I have the AJA IO and a BetaSX deck and edit in Final Cut. Everything works and sounds great in Final Cut my problem is when I’m in Itunes or Quicktime I can not monitor the system sound because of the AJA. Is there a deck setting or computer preferance I’m missing? How do I work between the two?

Are you saying that even monitoring from the soundcard, the same is true? ie. can you not run a line from the soundcard to your speakers, desk etc.

Thank you for the reply. My line-out from the Computer is taken up by the AJA which then run to a pair of Fostex Speakers which monitors my audio from the Beta Deck and FCP. Is there no way to set the audio output of my g5 to the AJA audio? Sorry if I’m not describing the problem correctley.
