  monitor card for Elements

  First, do I need a card or can I use the onboard monitoring for Premiere Elements ver3. I plan to animate photos & burn them to DVD. No video editing at this point yet.

  If I need a card I might as well go for dual screen, I will want that down the road & if I’m buying a card I don’t want make the purchase twice. What’s the cheapest dual screen card that will work with PE ver3? I prefer ATI but will get a PNY if I have to.

  I’m setting up a system for a friend & I’m not sure if she’ll really use it. I want to get the bare minimum so it won’t be a big loss if it doesn’t work out.
