  Monitor advice for final cut

  Hi..!
  What would you do?
  I want to get for the first time a production color monitor (for color correcting and grading).
  I normally work sd projects…

  My options>

  CRT: JVC TMH-150CGU with the component card. ($720)

  LCD: JVC DT-V20L1U ($1000)

  I know LCDs are thinner and better looking.

  But for sd projects only, what would you choose crt or lcd?
