Molecule with Atom Array
Hi Guys,
I’m trying to build this molecule as straight and symmetrical as possible, Im trying to connect the tubes together with the smaller spheres, what is the best way to join these so they come out at the right angle and meet the smaller spheres in the atom array properly to make this one object?

unless you have to don’t try to make it all from one object, cheat, make it out of separate pieces. That’s assuming I understand what you are trying for and I’m not sure about that.
