  Mojo SDI output question

  Hi, I am looking at some of the latest HDV gear and I was wondering if any of you can answer a couple of questions about using Media Composer + Mojo SDI with HDV footage.

  1)Does Avid+Mojo SDI give SD out in real time with HDV footage?

  2)The JVC GY-HD200 offers playback of 720 60P tapes upconverted to 1080i thru it’s component out. Would I gain anything using that vs. it’s already recorded 720P?

  I am using a Dell 690, dual 2.0 zeons with 2GB of RAM, NVIDIA Quadro 1300 and an iunternal 3 drive SATA stripped disc array with Media Composer 2.7x.
