Moire effect recs?
I did an interview with someone wearing a striped shirt. It has a bit of the moire effect. I read on the site that one suggestion is to apply a .5 Gaussian blur. Any other tips for dealing with this in FCP X?

There was a moire fix plugin for FCPX once upon a time but I don’t think it’s been updated in years. The gaussian blur trick is my usual go to fix. Haven’t come across much else that’s worked over the years but I’ll be interested if anyone has other suggestions.

I wonder if the trick where you duplicate the video on top of itself, set if off by one frame, and set it 50% opacity works?
I know it works for flashing, but I haven’t tried it for moire.
