    Hi,

    My guess is no, but I’m not sure. Can you try a test with a small file and see? Failing that, can you convert the .moi file to Quicktime?

    It looks as if this is a native file format on the Panasonic SV-AV100 SD Video Camera. Supposedly Quicktime Pro with a couple of codec additions will do the trick. See:

    There’s a big discussion there, and there are a few solutions, although none that I’ve tried. Good luck!

    Ok… so it looks like these .moi files are really mpeg 2 files…
    Can I edit these files in Avid xpress? will i have to render constantly??
